Tips and trick Two Point Hospital - Flemington

This post is about how can I get 3 stars in "Flemington", Two Point Hospital games. Every stage has different difficulties. So, I try to make notes on every stage I've played in the games. Let's see what I have written at this Flemington Hospital.


1. Find Good Employees.

The first thing you have to do is finding good employees. Take some time to get good doctors, nurses, and janitors as suits as you need. I usually restart the level at about 5-10 times, until I met my needs. I choose them that have a blank specialist sign (that has blue blank: ready to train) or have 1 specialist icon only, diagnostic only, treatment only, the ghost only, or GP only. I didn't pick a nurse that have any medicine or inject skill at all.

2. Modify Existing Room

I add and remove some stuff in every existing room. I add some stuff that related to their own basic function. Add any stuff that can add extra diagnosis points at diagnosis rooms. Add one or two training room (more stuff which give an extra point of teaching and learning speed).

3. Focus on Getting and Do the Task

Instead of building anything I like at another chapter, in this chapter, I try to get as many as task that I can. In this stage, we don't get any payment from visitors or patients. We can get a profit by doing tasks. So, I try to fulfill the tasks as much as I can. I try to use the money in order to complete the tasks that i take. Just be patient until you get big money if you want to make your hospital more beautiful.

4. Train your Staff.

"Training staff is the most important feature in the game. Rather than having jacks-of-all-trades you want masters-of-one. Hire level 1 staff with either no traits or one of the starting traits for a specialist you want. Staff lists should look as follows for a three-star sized hospital."

What kind of doctors, nurses, janitors, and assistance do we need, I read and follow that guide. How many GP's, medical, psychiatrists, radiologists, geneticists, researcher doctors better we have. How many diagnosticians, medical, ward, treatment better we have.

But remember, don't be rush to train every staff you hired. Try to follow the tasks. when the new task coming about how many staff to train, that's the best time to train your staff again. Just pay attention to every tasks.

5. Adding more Facility

When you get enough money, try to add more facilities that related to the tasks first. For the first time, you should build a Doghouse room to deal with the main task. So, I build that first, then add a wards.

6. Pay Attention to GP's Office Queues

Check the GP's office Queues. They have some queues that already have more than 80% diagnosis status. For them, directly put them directly to the treatment they need. So, it can be reduced long queues at GP's Office. And for some tasks, it can be really good to help you finish some task faster.
